Facts we check because they are often repeated wrongly

This is the first published release, so there are no earlier published versions to correct. These are claims that circulate elsewhere and that this site deliberately does not repeat.

Changelog policy

  • Every change to a price, season date, hour, fee or rule gets an entry with the date, the page, the old value, the new value and the source.
  • Corrections to published pages are logged the same way.
  • Dates in the future are never published as facts. We add 2027 season dates only after an operator publishes them.
  • Entries are never deleted. If we reverse a change, we log that too.

Changes we expect to log

Maid of the Mist's 2026 season is scheduled to end on November 8, 2026, and we will log its 2027 dates once published. We will do the same for Niagara City Cruises' closing date, the Winter Festival of Lights dates for 2026-27 (not yet announced by Niagara Parks), and the 2027 fireworks schedule. See the methodology for how we verify, or report an error through the contact page.
